Steven Rothwell is a freelance energy manager, building envelope consultant and principle of Cepheus Ltd with 27 years experience in the residential and commercial construction sectors.

Steven has completed the Building Science Program at the University of Toronto and designated as a Building Science Specialist of Ontario (BSSO). Steven is a Certified Energy Manager through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), a Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) through Natural Resources Canada and a Certified Building Science Thermographer (CBST) from the ITC Training Centre in North Billerica MA. Steven is a member of the Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC) and the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
